The hotel has a dated feel with old furnishings and carpets. The breakfast buffet was not up to standard, with cold food and limited options.

The hotel offered spacious rooms with excellent heating systems, which is a must during wintertime. the food quality was also excellent, especially at the breakfast buffet and main restaurant, with freshly prepared food by a celebrity chef. the location is convenient, with easy access to the downtown shopping district and a large underground shopping mall just a few steps away.

The service at the front desk and restaurants left much to be desired, with slow and unresponsive staff. the furnishings of the room were worn out and tired, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area, adjacent to the Harbin subway line, making it easy to get a cab anywhere in the city. the rooms are spacious, with a strong and hot shower in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful, although their English skills might be limited. the breakfast offers a variety of freshly prepared food, with excellent quality. there is a large skylit pool and fitness center available.

The furnishings in the rooms appear to be tired and worn out.
